Draft Environmental Assessment for New Multi-Purpose Facility

This document is a draft Environmental Assessment for a proposed new multi-purpose facility at the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge. This proposed facility will replace the current refuge headquarters office and visitor center, and will include room for the relocation of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Serivce's Ecological Services New York Field Office.
