Plant Avoidance and Minimization Measures

Plant Avoidance and Minimization Measures are guidelines that are implemented to mitigate the impact human activities and development have on plant species that are protected under the Endangered Species Act. This document was developed to protect plants native to Hawai驶i, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, America Samoa, and other species found throughout the Pacific.
