Eagle Creek Multi-species Conservation Benefit Agreement Documentation

This Conservation Benefit Agreement is made by and between Freeport Minerals Corporation and its affiliates Freeport-McMoRan Morenci Inc. and the Morenci Water & Electric Company and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. This documentation includes the signed Conservation Benefit Agreement (CBA Signed), CBA Findings, CBA Biological Opinion (CBA BO), CBA Environmental Action Statement (CBA EAS), CBA Finding of No Significant Impact (CBA FONSI), and Environmental Assessment (EA).
