One fluffy dry chick and one freshly hatched wet chick lay nestled in a sandy depression on either side of two black-speckled gray eggs. An eggshell lies to the left of the nest cup and the bottom is lined with small bits of shell and rock. Surrounding the nest cup are small bits of dead plants as well as an upturned horseshoe crab shell and a few sprigs of vegetation.
