This Amended and Restated In-Lieu Fee Program Instrument (鈥淚nstrument鈥�) for the Range-Wide Indiana Bat and Northern Long-Eared Bat In-Lieu Fee Program (鈥淚LF Program鈥� or 鈥淧rogram鈥�) is established by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (鈥淯SFWS鈥�) in agreement with the Program Sponsor, The Conservation Fund (individually a 鈥淧arty鈥� and collectively, the 鈥淧arties鈥�), regarding the establishment, use, operation, and maintenance of the Program. The original In-Lieu Fee Program Instrument (鈥淥riginal Instrument鈥�) was effective on July 25, 2017.
