The U. S. Fish and Wildlife, Division of Migratory Birds and Habitat Program, has published a Final Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Signficant Impact (FONSI) that analyzes a scientific collecting permit application from Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) to take Common Ravens in Baker County, Oregon.鈥� ODFW,鈥痠n collaboration with Oregon State University, proposes to study the effects of managing the raven population in the Baker Priority Area of Conservation on the sage-grouse population there.
