Wildlife 15-Day Pre-Activity Notification

To conduct activities with federally listed wildlife, the recovery permittee is required to send a notification by email to the applicable Field Office Recovery Permit Coordinator no less than 15 days prior to commencing the activities. Refer to your recovery permit to understand which authorizations apply. Failure to submit this notification may result in the rejection of results, and/or suspension or revocation of the recovery permit.
