The refuge has one picnic area near the Bluff Lake boat ramp. There are tables, grills, and outdoor exhibits within this area as well as a bronze alligator for photo opportunities. The picnic area is open during daylight hours year-round. The refuge follows the 鈥渓eave no trace鈥� policy so be prepared to take home whatever you bring into the refuge.
