About Keaton Wayne Spitser
Keaton Wayne Spitser serves as Special Assistant to the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, where he provides executive-level support on strategic priorities, interagency coordination, and policy implementation. In this role, he works closely with senior leadership to advance the Service鈥檚 mission of conserving, protecting, and enhancing fish, wildlife, plants, and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.
Keaton is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Certificate in Ministry and Chaplaincy. His academic background combines disciplined leadership training with a commitment to public service and ethical governance.
Prior to his role with the Service, Keaton gained experience in political organizing as an Advance Associate for the Trump 2024 Presidential Campaign, where he supported the President鈥檚 team by planning and organizing campaign stops and rallies.
