About Matt Whitbeck
Matt Whitbeck is the supervisory wildlife biologist for the Chesapeake Marshlands National Wildlife Refuge Complex, based in Cambridge, Maryland. He works on habitat management and restoration projects, as well as coordinating research and monitoring efforts on Susquehanna, Eastern Neck, Blackwater, and Martin National Wildlife Refuges. Matt has over 25 years� experience working in tidal marshes and coastal habitats on National Wildlife Refuges. He has an M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University.
