Draft Right-of-Way Compatibility Determination

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is evaluating the compatibility of permitting a temporary re-construction of the Twin Cities Bridge that crosses Stone Lakes National Wildlife Refuge to California Department of Transportation. The draft Compatibility Determination (CD) is ready for public review and comment. Public comment will be accepted via emailing [email protected] until October 8, 2025 close of business. Public comments will be reviewed and addressed in the final CD.
